               To start losing weight, first you need to limit or ban certain food you have taken. People get fat easily by eating too much and letting their indulgence overtake themselves. The foods that need to be reduced are junk foods such as chocolate, cake, fast foods or anything that has high amounts of calories.           The second solution to lose weight is eating the right foods.  The right foods should contain protein, vitamins or anything which has a low amount of calories.        The third solution to lose weight is to exercise. Exercising involves muscle and body movement, which means you are using your body actively. Every time you play or exercise, you are burning calories, which means your weight is decreasing. The simplest way to start burning calories is to jog at least 15 to 30 minutes per day or to play sports with your friends. Therefore, doing exercise will help you to lose weight.
      The solution that will not work to lose weight is to eat more junk foods than eating foods containing vitamins. The best solution is to lose weight is exercising because it helps to burn calories faster and it is enjoyable. The benefit of losing weights in this essay is that it will help you to organize things in your life and to win over the indulgence.
